As soon as teams are formed, schedules and practice times will be set.

ALL PRACTICES WILL BE @ Victory Baptist school gym/unless we run across scheduling conflicts within Victory's sports program.

• AM wave pool play starts 8 am/player arrival 1 hour before game starts. Play pool of ¾ teams, everyone will play each other in pool, you move based on what bracket you qualify for/ based on how you did in pool play.
• Most tournaments are within the DFW area so a hotel is not required but you can stay if you choose. 
• TRAVEL OVERNIGHT TOURNAMENTS will be discussed amongst every player's families once teams are formed and practices begin.

• Each player will receive the maximum amount of touches, reps and coaching at each and every practice and opportunities to prove herself to play on tournament day.
• There will be times that a player might not get in a set or match as much as you, as a parent, think they should. When this happens.. Please don't approach the coach at the tournament.
• Have your player speak with the coach, as we want our players to learn to advocate for themselves.
• Always, if you feel that your player can't then we can have a meeting with the coach at the right time.

8. Playtime will not be equal as Volleyball has several player rotations/with specific positions on the court.
9. If you are concerned only about play time in tournaments then Club Volleyball is not for your family.
