Thank you for taking time to consider O.V.C Volleyball Club, as we know there are a lot of choices for volleyball clubs in this area, so we appreciate your consideration.

It is very important for you to know what we want to build at O.V.C. We will strive to be the best we can be without compromising our values or integrity of the game in any way. We will accomplish that through communication and honesty with PLAYERS and most importantly as FAMILIES. Working with families to BALANCE club volleyball and other activities as a family will be our priority as an organization.

110-12U: 2:00-3:00pm

13U-14U: 3:00-4:00pm

15U-16U: 5:00-6:00pm

Location: Victory Baptist School (Gym)

*If you're not able to attend this date, please contact Mike Hilburn and he will arrange for a makeup date in front of a coach*

*If you receive an email with an official VERBAL offer, YOU MUST respond to the offer within a certain time frame on the offer. Once you accept the verbal offer then follow the additional steps so we can confirm your spot on the roster. Once you accept the official offer simply bring that paperwork with you to OFFICIAL O.V.C SIGNING DAY, AUG 3rd, 2024, at a location to be announced.

NEW PLAYERS TO NORTH TEXAS REGION AND USAY VOLLEYBALL MUST REGISTER AS A NEW PLAYER ON REGION. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO VERIFY THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO WHICH OFFER WILL BE EMAILED.

• Ask coaches for feedback as parents and players. But be prepared for the honest answer.
• Verbal offers will be made at this time.
• Verbal offers will be followed up with email, it's important when given a verbal offer you think about it before leaving and let us know if you intend on taking the offer. This helps us build teams. If you need time to think it over just let the coach know and you may do so,
• Verbal offers, if accepted, will be followed up with email to confirm.

• COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• NOTARIZED NTR Medical Form
• Plan on fittings on signing day
• Set up down payment and monthly payment plans.
